The "Just for Boys" Empowerment Workshop is an initiative by Aspiring Minds Foundation, designed to support young males at schools who are at risk of academic failure and dropping out. This program will provide them with critical life skills, mentorship, and personal development opportunities that will help them stay in school, set goals, and make responsible decisions.

Outcomes We Plan to Achieve -
1. Increased Student Motivation & Engagement, boys will develop a sense of purpose and responsibility, reducing absenteeism and dropout rates.
2. Improved Decision-Making & Life Skills Improved Decision-Making & Life Skills
3. Higher Academic Performance, by teaching time management and study skills, students will be better prepared for exams and school success.
4. Stronger Sense of Leadership & Community Engagement students will gain confidence to become leaders in their schools and communities.
