NAPARIMA COLLEGE CELEBRATES EXCELLENCE ON THE INTERNATIONAL STAGE! ๐น๐น๐งช
The Administration of Naparima College, led by our Principal, Mr. Roger Ali, and Acting Vice Principal, Mr. Alan Umraw, today warmly congratulated Mr. Reginald Mohammed on his outstanding achievement in securing a Bronze Medal at the 2026 International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO).
Reginaldโs remarkable accomplishment is a source of immense pride for Naparima College and Trinidad and Tobago, as he represented both his College and country with distinction on the international stage.
The Administration also extended congratulations to Zeeshaan Lall, Form 5 student, for his outstanding performance in the Trinidad and Tobago Chemistry Olympiad and for continuing to represent Naparima College with distinction.
We gratefully acknowledge the invaluable support of the Naparima College Association of Past Students (NAPS Alumni) and NAPSAC, our Parent-Teacher Association, whose partial sponsorship and continued commitment contributed significantly towards supporting our students on their journey to success.
We celebrate these exceptional young men whose dedication, discipline and passion for Chemistry continue to uphold Naparima Collegeโs proud tradition of academic excellence.

๐๐งช *NAPARIMA COLLEGE โ TOP PERFORMING SCHOOL AT THE TRINIDAD & TOBAGO CHEMISTRY OLYMPIAD 2025 & 2026 ๐งช๐*
The University of the West Indies, Faculty of Science and Technology, has recognized Naparima College as the Top Performing School at the Trinidad and Tobago Chemistry Olympiad for 2025 and 2026.
Naparima College extends sincere appreciation to Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine, Principal of The UWI St. Augustine Campus; Professor Brian Cockburn, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology; Dr. Nigel Jalsa; Dr. Terry Mohammed; Dr. Denise Beckles; and the entire Trinidad and Tobago Chemistry Olympiad team for their continued commitment to developing our nation's young chemists.
We also recognize the many lecturers, instructors, laboratory technicians, administrative and ancillary staff of the Department of Chemistry and Faculty of Science and Technology whose work behind the scenes makes this programme possible. Their countless hours of mentorship, theoretical and practical training, laboratory preparation, examinations and guidance have contributed tremendously to the development of our students. Congratulations to our Under-14 captain Kymanii Mohan on being selected to the National Under-14 team.
The National team will be leaving Trinidad today to compete in the 2026 CFU U-14 Boys Challenge Series, which gets underway in the Dominican Republic on August 16.

We invite all interested students to audition for the Naps Combined Steel Orchestra as we prepare for the 2027 National Secondary Schools Panorama Competition.
๐ Since its formation in 2017, the Naps Combined Steel Orchestra has built an outstanding record of success, consistently placing among the top three steel orchestras in the country.

Auditions/Rehearsals Begin: Thursday 13th August, 2026
๐ Time: 2:30 p.m. โ 4:30 p.m.
๐ Venue: Skiffle Pan Theatre, Coffee Street, San Fernando
Interested students should:
โข Have a basic knowledge of music.
โข Be able to play the steelpan.
Selection will be based on the audition conducted by the arranger.
