I have been observing myself stuck repeating the same ideas and analysis without added depth or new understanding. And it poses the question what is hindering moving beyond known thinking to new thinking?

What Do You Need From An Experience?

This workshop is for parents. We will.focus this year on what does it mean to support your child through Form 1 transition from SEA.

I have been working with different teams over the last few years, and there is always a common musing that emerges... they often say they know the team coaching had an impact, but struggle to make out the exact cause and effect of the team coaching and the movements they see in their problem solving afterwards.
And this is not strange! As organizations we are so use to "forcing change". We have to have strong dictates and it's heavy and laborious and full of resistance, and you can clearly identify the tool or intervention or person driving it.

But with team coaching we aim to create generative change. Which is hard to pin point because it comes from everyone. It stimulates the system to work and to be creative and to be more open. It feels different. It feels like we are a part of it and we are significant in our contribution but we recognize we are not the cause and effect of it.

When we think of solving tough problems.. whether it be from merging companies, or shifting an organizational culture it's about finding a way to get people to be part of it, to co-create the way forward.
