Major Pain's Bootcamp 6:15am crew aka MPBSRs trekked to La Vigie Lookout in Paramin, last Friday. A fabulous view with ever-changing temperatures mixed with local snacks made this a great day!

The BAEC (bad ass evening crew) took us on a whirlwind adventure/tour/trip...call it what you want, last Saturday. The 4-in1 adventure consisted of a "spa" treatment at the L'eau Michel Volcano in Penal. Then it was on to a hike, long for some and short for others. Then to the refreshing beach where the "spa-like" treatment continued. Our adventure also included a foodie tour and a market experience. The famous Debe saw us twice for the day and purchased fresh produce along the way. Here are few pics of the day, courtesy our adventure seekers.
