Belmont: An Education — National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago
Belmont from my back step I have lived in Belmont my entire (short) life and before having interned at the National Trust, the most I could have told you about my beloved community was that: top-notch driving is required to navigate the narrow streets; every few steps you come across some small but....

Good morning all. I trust all is well with our brothers and sisters thus far. May God continue to bless and keep you all in these trying times. Maintain social distancing, however be always be willing to share with those who are in need.
Our world as we know is and never will be the same again. Our new normal is an abnormal adoption of our ever changing environment. As we journey forward we shall prevail in our quest for longevity and continuity of us as a species.
We must be innovative and discover new ways of existing and coexisting with other life forms we share this planet with. Be blessed and be safe, God is great.

I am sorry for thinking I was black. I am sorry for thinking I was Trinidadian, I am sorry I never knew I was an Indian. I am sorry for thinking I was Trinidadian, I am sorry I never knew I was African. Oh how I lied when I sang the Anthem, Every creed and race find and equal place. I am sorry for adults making harsh decisions in haste. I am sorry for believing in real unity, didn't know it was done in futility.
Our fears and tears shared with others for many years. Our forefathers all came on ships, not with suitcases and grips, but with the bearest necessities covering their hips. We merged together as people living in a plural, multicultural society we saw Britain give us our sovereignty.
We fought for human rights we fought day and night. We joined hands in prayer, we wiped each other's tear. We comforted each other in 1970 and 1990. Why do we kill each other with toxic words in 2020. Tickle us and we laugh, prick us and we bleed. Replying to racists statements with racists statements can only add to the divide. Time for our country to heal and let all this anger subside. Love MY country.

Good afternoon family. It is with a heavy heart on behalf of the others and myself I mourn the passing of our friend, neighbor, schoolmate and our councilor Darryl Rajpaul. Darryl a Belmontian to the heart. He represented our school Tranquility at intercollegiate level. Darryl leaves behind a wife and handsome boys at this time. So untimely and shocking is his call to the great beyond. Our lives on this earth temporary. Immortal beings experiencing mortality on this side of a parallel existence. Darryl and I were not too long ago discussingBELMONT IS WE and our way forward. I know we have lost a true patriot. Darryl Rajpaul Rest In Peace for the people by the people.

CXC does not use the term "Distinction". You cannot earn a Grade 1 with Distinction. That was a Cambridge GCE term. CXC gives a description of a candidate's performance in various aspects of the exam. This profile is stated as one of three grades - A, B or C. A candidate who earns an A in 3 profiles and has a Grade 1 has done well in all aspects of the exam.
