Darien is an exceptional performer. Having gotten grade ones with straight A profiles at all levels of Chemistry, he was awarded the Chemistry prize at his school for both CSEC and CAPE, as well as the award for academic excellence at CAPE.

Currently doing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at UWI, Darien spent 4 years in our class and this is what he had to say:

The highest achiever in his year group for CAPE at Vishnu Boys', Darien has very far to go.

Ryan has grade ones in both units of CAPE Chemistry and is currently doing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at UWI.

“I discovered sir’s chemistry Lessons at a time when I apprehensively chose to do CAPE Chemistry, fresh off the heels of my solitary battle with CSEC Chem. My passion for the science was always there but began to dwindle after countless yet futile searches for a lessons teacher that covered both the syllabus and past papers at a pace and in a format that I was comfortable with.

Sir did for me, what other teachers were unable to do. His classes reignited my love of Chemistry. It went from being the subject I was most worried about at the start of the year to the one I was most confident in by the beginning of the May/June exam period.

From the individual attention and extremely detailed syllabus coverage to the rigorous past paper practice, his classes created a space where CAPE Chemistry was no longer an unconquerable giant before me. It transformed from a subject that I dreaded to the one I looked forward to the most.

His chemistry lessons allowed me to secure a grade I with an all-A profile in both Unit 1 and Unit 2, a feat I never thought I was capable of prior to his classes but a task which he reassured me that I could achieve with hard work and dedication.

He believed in me even when it was difficult for me to believe in myself. His excellent classes and his support on my CAPE Chemistry journey has now allowed me to pursue my dream of a career in Medicine.
