At Creative Kids Preschool Centre, our goal is to provide a creative learning and nurturing environment that will stimulate the growth and development of autonomous children; and to instil the love of learning in children and help them to succeed in a safe and encouraging atmosphere. of concepts when they are fully engaged in the learning process. Learning is a lifelong process and the early years of a child's life are especially critical and important . Therefore, the teaching framework of Creative Kids is based on; knowledge of how children grow and develop emotionally, socially, cognitively, physically and morally/spiritually. Creative Kids Preschool Centre is a safe and secure, fully air-conditioned centre that is beautifully set- up; in an aesthetically pleasing manner. The Centre is filled with print rich and hands- on learning materials that encourage children to be autonomous and active participants in their acquisition of knowledge. Your child will have access to a wide variety of innovative tactile and multi- sensory educational manipulatives that cover a wide spectrum of interest areas. These materials are geared towards peaking your child’s interest in learning, their creativity and imagination. Our goal at Creative Kids Preschool Centre is to provide the opportunities and tailor specific activities, which will foster positive and progressive growth and development of your child's; social-emotional, physical, cognitive, language and creative development. As well as provide the groundwork, scaffolding and support, needed to challenge your child, at their own pace; in a nurturing, loving environment. Creative Kids Preschool Centre offers two programs;
A Preschool Program for children between the ages 2 ½ years - 3 ½ years
A Pre-Kindergarten Program for children 3 ½ years -5+ years
Creative Kids Preschool Centre’s programs are child- centered, and developed around local, American and Canadian curriculum. Some of the activities within our programs overlap but still remain developmentally appropriate. Our programs are hands-on and structured around our curriculum and monthly themes. These are taught through daily activities that incorporate; an introduction to basic Spanish and Sign Language. Daily activities include; circle time, art /craft, math, science, English and basic Spanish language building activities, basic sign language activities, prewriting/ writing centres, Jolly Phonics, blending and segmenting activities, guided reading and shared reading, read-alouds, fine and gross motor skill building activities, sensory tables and exploration, music and movement, creative & imaginative play and self-directed play. The children also take part in daily physical activities that include parachute play, hoppers, a tunnel, an outdoor climber as well as numerous outdoor equipment and educational games. Location

Drop -off/Pick -up Times
Creative Kids Preschool Centre’s drive way will remain open from 7:30 am – 9:30 am and will be reopened from 1:30 pm – 3:00pm. Parents may call in advance to inform us of any late drop -offs and pick- ups. Please refrain from parking on the pavement, as cars are towed regularly at the driver’s expense; but if you do, we ask kindly that you refrain from blocking neighbouring driveways. Hours of Operation
School is opened from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). The hours of operations are from 8:15 am –2:00pm
Supervision available from 7:30 am- 3:00pm*
After Care services from 3:00pm-5:00pm (at an additional cost of $40 a day/ with discounted monthly rates for parents)
