😊Today we had a science lesson all about our bones and the skeletal system 🦴📚, and Starr volunteered to read this book!. 🥹❤️ Watching her confidently read this for the first time was such a proud teacher moment...
she is starting primary school in September, and I honestly couldn't be happier of how much she’s growing, learning, and blossoming. 🌟🎓💕 Go Starr! 📖✨

Small groups, big learning! ✨
Today's spelling challenge had everyone looking at a picture, stretching out each sound, and working together to spell the word. 🧠🔤
Most of my little learners were completely focused... and then there was one student who was clearly busy doing everything except the spelling activity. 😂😆
Every child learns in their own way, and little moments like these always keep us smiling. ❤️📚 🦋

Watch a 2-year-old build her vocabulary one word at a time! 🥹🍎
At just 2 years old, every new word is a big achievement! 🥹❤️
Watch us work on language development by learning the names of different fruits. We kept it simple with "melon" instead of "watermelon" because one step at a time! 🍈😂

After that, we practiced push and pull while stringing the fruits together. Did she follow my plan? Sometimes. Did she have her own ideas? Absolutely! 🤣 Toddlers have a funny way of reminding us that learning is meant to be explored, not rushed.
Watching her little vocabulary grow one word at a time is the sweetest part of the job. 💛

Happy Emancipation Day from all of us at Bright Minds Learning Academy!✊🏽🇹🇹❤️🖤🤍🖤 we celebrated by learning the meaning of some very important words: resilience, liberation, emancipation, and freedom. We also explored African dances and traditions, then turned learning into lots of laughter!

Each child picked a word, proudly said it aloud, and acted it out in their own special way. The actions were absolutely hilarious, but the lessons behind those words were powerful. It was a beautiful reminder that even our youngest learners can begin to understand the importance of courage, strength, and freedom.

Wishing everyone a joyful and meaningful Emancipation Day as we celebrate our history, our culture, and the resilience of those who came before us. ❤️

Aunty Haley and her babies!!! 😍

I quietly slipped into the toddlers' room today and just sat back to watch these cuties enjoy their music class!. 💛 I didn't get everyone on camera unfortunately, but every child fills our classroom with so much love, laughter, and joy.

It's in these simple, everyday moments that we see just how much they're growing, learning, and becoming themselves. Watching them reminds us that childhood is made up of the little moments that end up meaning the most. 🥹✨
