As we enter the final 3-day stretch before S.E.A. at this critical juncture, our focus must pivot to targeted retrieval and emotional regulation.

Monday: Reinforcing mental schemas for ELA Writing and Math formulas without overwhelming working memory.

Tuesday: Utilizing targeted, timed practice to acclimate students to performing efficiently within constraints.

Wednesday: Allowing the brain the necessary downtime to synthesize information into long-term memory and lower cortisol levels.

Thursday: Cultivating a calm, structured morning routine to maintain an optimal level of cognitive arousal.

Parents, your calm demeanor will be their greatest anchor this week. Step away from heavy cramming and step into a space of confidence and readiness.

Non-violence upholds Truth: You can't truly seek or speak truth through violence. Force distorts, while love and humility persuade. The means must reflect the end.
For Gandhi, genuine peace isn't just an absence of conflict, but the living expression of profound truth. They are two sides of the same revolution.
