Textbooks for the Academic Year, 2025-2026, would be distributed to the parents/legal guardians of form-one students going into form two, and form-two students going into form three on, strictly, the respective dates and times listed in post below. It is reiterated that all books loaned to students for the past Academic Year, 2024-2025, must be returned before the distribution of books for the new Academic Year, 2025-2026.

📚Attention Parents/Guardians in Trinidad and Tobago! SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND BOOK GRANT 2025🎒

Please ensure you have all necessary documents BEFORE submitting your application:

📍 Verification Letter from the School (stamped, signed and dated by the school)
📍Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
📍Medical evidence of student's disability (if applicable)
📍One (1) form of ID (National Identification Card / Passport / Driver's Permit)
📍Utility Bill (If the utility bill is not in your name, an Authorization letter will be required)
📍Job Letter / Pay Slip no older than 3 months, stamped by the employer; OR
📍Two (2) Letters of Recommendation for self / unemployed persons. (Must be Stamped)
📍Receipt for government grants currently received.
📍Bank Slip (To be requested for at the bank. The slip will contain Account Holder's Name, Branch and Account Number. This is NOT a bank statement)

Incorrect and untrue information will result in disqualification.
