In the weeks leading up to going back to school, have your child wake up 15 minutes earlier and go to sleep 15 minutes earlier than they have been during their break. 🛌🏻💤
Continue to adjust their bed and wake times in 15-minute increments every few days until your child is sleeping and waking at the desired times for school. By the first day back to school, they should be adjusted to the new sleep schedule and ready to go!

Congratulations to Alix Pantin and Lily Tang on becoming the Girls Under-18 Overall Champions of the Trinidad and Tobago Volleyball Federation's Trinbago Beach Volleyball Tour. 🏐🏆

The duo secured the title by winning their third consecutive tournament during the fourth and final stop at the Sand Courts in Balmain, Couva, last Sunday.
Finishing the final leg unbeaten with a 4-0 record, Pantin and Tang concluded the four-stop tour with 600 points, finishing 80 points ahead of the second-placed team.
Well done ladies!

Happy World Steelpan Day! 🎶
Today, Maple Leaf International School proudly celebrates the only acoustic instrument invented in the 20th century and the rich cultural heritage it represents.

Our Steel Ensemble has grown not only in musical skill and performance excellence, but also in service to the wider community. This year, our students proudly represented Maple Leaf at:
- The Valley Harps Steel Orchestra camp
- Maple & Mas function hosted by the Canadian High Commission
- University & College Fair
- The Make-A-Wish Santa Parade
- Carols by Candlelight

We are incredibly proud of our young musicians for sharing the joy of steelpan, building community connections, and serving as ambassadors of this remarkable instrument.
