Dear Form 6 Applicants,

We are pleased to advise that emails concerning the status of your Form 6 application are being sent to applicants who applied for entry into Form 6 at Holy Faith Convent, Couva.

Emails are being sent from the evening of Thursday 27th August 2026 through Sunday 30th August 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS & MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC

Holy Faith Convent Couva wishes to advise parents/guardians and members of the public of the following changes to our office operations during the week of 10th–14th August 2026.

⚡ MONDAY 10TH AUGUST 2026
The school office will be CLOSED due to an anticipated interruption in the electricity supply in the Couva area.

🛍️ TUESDAY 11TH AUGUST 2026
The Tuck Shop will be OPEN from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

🦟 WEDNESDAY 12TH – THURSDAY 13TH AUGUST 2026

The Ministry of Health will be conducting Insect Vector Spraying on the school compound. The closure period will allow for the required chemical settling and thorough ventilation of the buildings before anyone re-enters the compound. The school office will therefore remain closed to the public during this period.

🏫 FRIDAY 14TH AUGUST 2026

The school office will reopen to the public and resume normal operations from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

We thank all parents/guardians and members of the public for their understanding and cooperation as we facilitate these necessary arrangements.
