UTT SPE Student Chapter

UTT SPE Student Chapter This student chapter provides an operating framework for society activities at a university level.

The University of Trinidad and Tobago SPE Student Chapter was formed in 2007. Since then the chapter has grown extensively and has attracted SPE International such that the chapter has been awarded SPE Gold Status and Outstanding Student Chapter in the Latin America Region for two (2) consecutive years 2011 - 2012 and 2012 - 2013 and the Outstanding Chapter Award for 2014 - 2015. er comprises of a group of young, dynamic individuals who upon graduation will enter into the petroleum industry. The chapter whilst it promotes the growth of individuals in the technical aspects of the industry we also encourage our members to foster and enhance their social responsibility in the development of the industry and thus by extension our communities.
