VACANCY: VICE PRINCIPAL (SECONDARY)
Bishop’s Centenary College (St Cecelia’s) is a well-established, Anglican educational institution committed to academic excellence and holistic student development. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to lead and support the School, ensuring a high standard of teaching, discipline, and student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strong academic leadership and administrative support.
• Supervise and mentor teaching staff to uphold instructional quality and curriculum delivery.
• Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and disciplined school environment.
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and the school management team.
• Assist the Principal in the planning and ex*****on of school policies and events.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years in a leadership or administrative role, in a secondary school.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with modern educational methodologies and student-centered practices.
