๐ช๐บ Indian Arrival Day 2026 Celebrations ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ณ
Today, our school proudly joined the nation in commemorating Indian Arrival Day 2026, a significant occasion that honours the arrival of the first indentured labourers from India to Trinidad aboard the Fatel Razack on 30th May 1845. ๐ข
Their courage, resilience, and determination helped shape the rich cultural fabric of Trinidad and Tobago, leaving a lasting legacy in our nation's traditions, education, religion, cuisine, music, and way of life. ๐โจ
๐ถ๐ Through cultural performances, traditional attire, music, dance, and educational activities, our students and staff celebrated the vibrant heritage and invaluable contributions of the Indian community while embracing the spirit of diversity, unity, and mutual respect.
๐๐ค As we reflect on the sacrifices and achievements of those early pioneers, we are reminded of the importance of preserving our history and celebrating the multicultural society that makes Trinidad and Tobago truly special.
๐ธ Together, we honour the past, celebrate the present, and inspire future generations to cherish our shared heritage.
๐น๐นโค๏ธ๐ฎ๐ณ Happy Indian Arrival Day from the students and staff of our school! ๐
