Budget Management-Facilitate for entrepreneurs
This Facilitate Android App, which is prepared for entrepreneurs, aims to record, classify and report the basic commercial activities of users, transforming them into information that the user will need.
In this direction, there are Record Monitoring, Report, Record, Budget and Settings Menus in the program. The user can change the program language from the Settings, as well as change the names of accounts such as Safe, Bank with the names he has determined. The program is started to be used by recording the Opening Balance Sheet and Budget data on a start date determined by the user. After that, the user performs the necessary registration by choosing one of the actions such as "expense", "income", "sale", "buy" from the relevant registration menu for the commercial activities he has done. The balance sheet report can be obtained at any time and shows the current distribution of the asset and resource accounts of the enterprise. The income statement report, on the other hand, can be obtained according to a date range determined by the user and shows the profit / loss status of that period by sorting the sales, income and expenses of the business. Records of account activities can be taken from the reports section By taking pie and bar graphs from the reports section, the distribution of the accounts according to the actions can be seen. In the reports section, the difference between the budget and the actual situation can be read from the account trend curve that will be formed on the bar graphs. Accordingly, the user can interpret the planned situation by comparing his current performance.

This application has been developed to be used by ordinary users to reinforce their financial education.

We had an amazing time at the Facilitate Financial Literacy Project’s Multiplier Event in the UK, held on May 28th at the Clarendon and Westbury Community Association!
We had an amazing time at the Facilitate Financial Literacy Project’s Multiplier Event in the UK, held on May 28th at the Clarendon and Westbury Community Association!

With great enthusiasm and participation, Eurospeak welcomed 30 attendees, including esteemed university economics lecturers and online economics tutors, to discuss and promote financial literacy.

The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as participants actively engaged in group activities, interactive sessions and thought-provoking Q&A discussions. It was truly a collaborative and enriching experience!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Clarendon and Westbury Community Association for providing us with a fantastic venue and their unwavering support throughout the event.

We are excited to continue our journey towards enhancing financial literacy and FACILITATE’s learning platform and App and look forward to organising more events and initiatives in the future. Stay tuned for updates and keep spreading the importance of financial education!

FACILITATE’s Multiplier Events (MEs), on the 23th and 25th of May 2023, were organized by the host MUNI in Ostrava and Brno, Czechia
MUNI prepared 2 Multiplier Events to reach the highest promotional impact of the project at local and national level. The first Event took place on May 23rd and the second one on May 25th, 2023.

The presentation event of the Financial Education Platform and Training Modules was successfully held on May 23 in Ostrava, Czech Republic and on May 25 in Brno, Czech Republic. The event brought together 16 and 21 participants from the education and finance sectors respectively. Throughout the day, presentations were made, ideas were shared and important contacts for the project were made.”

During the event, MUNI presented the Financial Literacy E-Learning Platform, training modules, and an Android mobile app for Budget management. The attendees had the opportunity to explore these resources and gain insights into improving their financial literacy. To ensure comprehensive information dissemination, we distributed project brochures and newsletters among the attendees. These materials contained detailed descriptions of our project partners, along with the results and outputs the project achieved.

FACILITATE’s Multiplier Events (MEs), on the 11th and 20th of May 2023, were organized by the host Valencia Innohub in Valencia, Spain
Asociación Valencia Inno Hub prepared 2 Multiplier Event in order to reach the highest promotional impact of the project at a local and national level. The first Event took place on 11th of May and the second one on 20th of May 2023.

The presentation event for the Financial Education Platform and Training Modules was successfully held on 11th and 20th May at Espacio Hoku, Valencia, Spain. The event gathered 30 and 17 participants respectively, each one from the education and finance sectors, among others. Throughout the day, presentations were conducted, ideas were shared, and important connections were established for the project.

Multiplier Event (ME), on the 18th of May 2023, was organized by the host HBGD, in Konya, Türkiye
As an important milestone of the dissemination steps, a Multiplier Event of the project was realised by Hayat Boyu Gelisim Dernegi-HBGD in Konya Dedeman Hotel to which there was a participation of 41 persons from different organizations and private sectors on May 18th 2023.

Gadgets and project brochures and some promotional products such as notebooks, pens were distributed with information regarding the project and the methodology used, description of project partners, the results/outputs of the project. The event was organized as a conference with relevant stakeholders, speakers, to discuss the topic of Financial Literacy and the role of education and another session with the explanation of the innovation and impact of Personalized Learning and its potentials in Adult education institutions.

Multiplier Event (ME), on the 18th of May 2023, was organized by the host Euphoria in Rome, Italy
A multiplier event was organized by Euphoria in Rome on 18 May 2023. The event was attended by 61 participants who are students at Roma Tre University. In addition to the students, professors from the university also participated in the final event. Italian multiplier event aimed at presenting Facilitate project, its aim, with a specific focus on the platform and the course on financial literacy we developed. In the final part of the event, we also had a focus on Erasmus+ in general and its funding opportunities. ME, also took the time to answer to the audience questions about the project and Erasmus+. At the beginning of the event we distributed brochures with the main information on the project to give an overview of our work to the participants.

Multiplier Event (ME), on the 12th of May 2023, was organized by the host Konya Province MEM, in Konya, Türkiye
In the Multiplier Event of our FACILITATE project, we presented the main achievements of the project and outlined the main actions for the future to further disseminate the results. Gadgets and project brochures were distributed with information regarding the project and the methodology used, description of partners, results and outputs. The event was organized as a conference with relevant stakeholders, speakers, to discuss the topic of Financial Literacy and the role of education and another session with the explanation of the innovation and impact of Personalized Learning and its potentials in Adult education institutes. The total number of participants of ME was 74.

TPM Konya-TÜRKİYE, on 04-05 May 2023, was organised
The meeting was held in Konya under the leadership of Selcuk University. The work done on all intellectual outputs, ongoing work and work to be done were discussed in detail at the meeting. Intermediate outputs, quality assurance and dissemination activities were evaluated and a new roadmap was determined. The meeting was over with the planning and final reviews for the multiplier event to be held one day later.

FACILITATE’s Multiplier Event (ME), on the 5th of May 2023, was organized by the host Selcuk University in Konya, Turkey
FACILITATE’s multiplier event, on the 5th of May 2023, hosted by Selcuk University in Konya, Turkey, at the Dedeman Hotel brought together project partners from different countries, including Turkey, Italy, the UK and the Czech Republic. The audience included financial experts, trainers, representatives of SMEs, entrepreneurs, and people with a keen interest in finance.

Euphoria gave an ‘In a nutshell’ presentation of all of the FACILITATE modules. Eurospeak showcased their tips and tricks to accompany and complement the modules. MUNI gave a presentation on how to build successful financial literacy learning paths with new teaching methodologies. The member of the project team in favor of Selcuk University presented the modules and Android Applications developed by FACILITATE.
