Description
When translucent layers overlap at the same depth in Unreal Engine Motion Design, flickering may occur due to sorting conflicts.
To resolve this, group the actors and apply the Translucent Sort Priority Modifier on the parent group. Keep the default settings. The flickering disappears, and you can control the layer order by rearranging actors within the group.

The Radial Arrange Modifier distributes multiple actors in a circular layout.
Group your actors inside a Null Actor and apply the Radial Arrange Modifier to the group. Use Inner Radius to control spacing between actors and Start Radius to define the angle distribution. When using 2D shapes with translucent materials, apply the Translucent Sort Priority Modifier with Camera Distance Mode to maintain correct rendering order.

Select the actor in the Motion Design Outliner and apply the Look At Modifier. Choose a reference actor and set the desired orientation axis. When the reference actor moves, the object automatically rotates toward it. The same modifier can also be used with cameras.

The Align Between Modifier allows you to position an actor based on the weighted influence of two reference actors.
Select your main actor and apply the Align Between Modifier. Add the first reference actor and assign a weight. Add the second reference actor and assign its weight. When both weights are equal, the actor appears exactly between them. Moving the reference actors updates the position dynamically.
