I was truly honored to deliver a Strategic Leadership training program for an outstanding group of second-line leaders at شركة زلاف ليبيا لاستكشاف وإنتاج النفط والغاز.

Over two intensive weeks (50 training hours), we engaged in deep strategic discussions and hands-on workshops aimed at developing a focused mini strategic plan for the company.

The journey began with refining the organisation’s vision and mission, followed by structured situational analysis, defining strategic and operational objectives, and designing measurable KPIs supported by a practical risk dashboard.

The participants demonstrated a remarkable level of professional and academic expertise, enriching the learning environment and elevating the quality of strategic thinking throughout the programme.

It was a privilege to contribute to strengthening strategic alignment, ex*****on capability, and risk awareness within the organisation.
