We facilitate the development of emotional intelligence through experiential learning with horses.
4NaL is Turkey agent for LeadChange UK and endorse below mentioned standards of LEadChange. LeadChange offers equine-facilitated programmes for leadership development, team building, communication, personal impact and effectiveness. We will consider working alongside therapists to deliver programmes

- but only if we are satisfied that the client's condition will not have a negative impact on the horses with whom we work. We always use our best efforts to ensure the physical, mental and emotional safety of our clients, our co-facilitators and the horses we work with. Interacting with horses in EFL can bring life-changing insights. Horses are at the heart of what we do; they are equal partners / co-facilitators in our programmes. Our role as facilitators is to create and hold the space for the horses to work their magic.
