We are experienced executive and team coaches and certified Deep Democracy facilitators trained in Deep Democracy using The Lewis Method. We are part of a global network of instructors and practitioners. The use of this method is continuing to grow across 6 continents over 20 countries. What brought us together is our passion to change the way we interact with each other and engage in more fulfill

ing and rewarding relationships and decision-making practices both personally and professionally. We have been using Deep Democracy within the teams and organizations we work – but also in our personal relationships. Throughout this journey, we have witnessed amazing transformations in the way people deal with tension and conflict and great improvements in the quality of relationships, idea generation and clear decision-making. We hope that we can introduce this method to your lives through our courses and services and add value to the way you approach your relationships, decisions and important conversations with this new and innovative way.
