Aya Yorgi Church (Church of Saint George) is an Orthodox church located in Buyukada. The church has an importance by being one of the two pilgrimage points in Turkey and there are two special days to visit it. The days are 23rd of April and 24th of September. There are many reasons to see the church; fresh island air due to absence of motor vehicles, unique views of Istanbul and Bosphorus and delicious sea foods with Turkish Raki. Sakıp Sabancı Museum(SSM) is an art museum with various art pieces of many famous artists. It has temporary exhibitions that host and organize a rich collection of Ottoman lines and paintings. The museum is located in the Atlı Pavilion in Emirgan, one of the oldest settlements in the Bosphorus in Istanbul. You can visit SSM on every day between 10.00 to 18.00 except Monday.

The Istanbul Naval Museum is a national naval museum, located at Besiktas district of Istanbul. The museum contains an important collection of military artifacts pertaining to the Ottoman Navy. In the field of maritime, it is Turkey's largest museum, with a great variety of collections. Around 20,000 pieces are present in its collection. The museum is open every day from 9:00 to 17:00 hours except Mondays, New Year's Day and the first day of religious holidays.

Beylerbeyi Palace, summer residence of the Ottoman Sultans, is located at Beylerbeyi neighbourhood on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus. Rumeli Fortress is in the Rumeli district of Istanbul.
