Considering the structural features of the fashion and textile industries in the world, gaining competitive advantage, necessity of the focused approach to create value and branding, the importance of design and marketing strategy has made structural changes inevitable. At this point, fashion law, as a branch of law containing a variety of legal disciplines, emerges for bring solutions to the structural problems of the fashion industry at every stage of the value chain (design, production, purchasing, such as distribution and consumption).
