Why classical hump resection❓
🔐
It is well known that classical dorsal resection gives an incredible chance to control the dorsum *profile* in the most minimal way — in detail. 🎯
But while improving the *lateral nasal view*, classical hump resection has the advantage of correcting the asymmetries of the *frontal nasal view* as well.
Note: Step by step “baby movements” of the scalpel helps designing the nose in the most controlled way. 👃🏻♟

🌞 Long term -4 years - rhinoplasty result ☀️
What we know today about the anatomy of nose aging serves as a foundation for our rhinoplasty treatment. 🦋
The key concepts in facial aging include fat atrophy and loss of structural support of the nose. Therefore, our leading role in nasal surgery is to give proper architectural support with the right rhinoplasty techniques- to the tip, middle vault, and radix, not only for a short period but a long-term one. 🦋
But how do we do that? 🍭
Here is an example of a six-year rhinoplasty result. Despite a long time since the surgery, my dear patient still presents with very aesthetical and proportional lines of the nose. I’ve achieved the natural tip projection and rotation with *the VAR technique* and the smooth dorsum by classical resection of the hump. Of course, there are more other minimal details to mention, but I will let you find them from my *Rhinoplasty atlas* 📖 👃🏻 ♟😄

🧁 5 months after 🧁
In today’s case analysis: the droopy tip and dorsal hump were the main deformities which I’ve detected. 🔍🕵🏻
Surgical solution: technique and classical hump resection. ♟
The goal for this case was to create and sculpt a new natural nose, in accordance with the overall facial characteristics. 🧁
To read more about my rhinoplasty philosophy, check out my *Rhinoplasty Atlas*. You will find there many secrets and tips about surgeries. 👃🏻 📖 ♟

Important 📝:
Analyze the face with its dynamic movements and facial expressions. There is no static character on the face. Rhinoplasty diagnosis and surgery technique should be decided upon that.
Open approach, with classical dorsum resection, radix reduction, VAR tip plasty and reduction of the hypertrophic nasal spine techniques were performed during the surgery. 🧚🏻♀️
Here you have a 5 months rhinoplasty results with promising aesthetic and natural new nose 👃🏻🧚🏻♀️

🧬Rejuvenation rhinoplasty 🧬
Improving the appearance of an aged and thick skinned nose may make our patients in need very happy and satisfied. 🌼
Therefore, *rejuvenation rhinoplasty* is an area in which careful attention should be paid to the anatomy and skin condition when addressing the surgical procedure. 💦
So, let’s check this case 🤓
❗️Dropped nasal tip is not caused always by the alar cartilage anatomy.
❗️Posterior septal angle, premaxilla and nasal spin insufficiency may also contribute to the low nasal tip.
❗️In this patient, while correcting her long and malformed lateral crus, I also used an anterior plumping graft to fill the nasal spin.
