مؤخرأ انتشرت العديد من التطبيقات التي تعتمد على خرائط الويب في عرض نتائج فيروس كورونا، ومن أشهر تلك التطبيقات ما أنتجته جامعة جوك هوبينز والذي يعتبر من اهم مصادر المعلومات حول الإصابات والوافيات وانتشارها مكانيا في الولايات المتحدة والعالم.
يعتبر العامل المكاني أحد أهم العوامل التي تؤثر في انتشار الأوبئة، ومنها الكثافة السكانية، وأنماط تحرك الناس، التوزيع المكاني للحالات المرضية، علاقة انتشار المرض بالعوامل الديمغرافية الأخرى، وبالتالي في حالة توفرت البيانات المكانية المختلفة يمكننا تحليل انتشار الأوبئة المختلفة ومعرفة العوامل المؤثرة في توزيعها مكانيا ومنه يمكن التنبؤ في انتشار الوباء
في الروابط التي في الأسفل حاولت تجميع بعض المصادر التي استخدمت الخرائط في تمثيل البيانات الجغرافية لكورونا فيروس
Recently, many applications that rely on web maps have spread to display the results of the Corona virus, and one of the most famous of those applications was produced by Johns Hopkins University(esri dashboard), which is considered one of the most important sources of information about covid- 19 deaths and spatial spread in the United States and the world.
The spatial factor is one of the most important factors that affect the spread of epidemics, including population density, patterns of movement of people, the spatial distribution of disease states, the relationship of disease spread with other demographic factors, and therefore in the case of different spatial data available we can analyze the spread of different epidemics and know the factors affecting their spatial distribution from there, for all of this the spread of the epidemic can be predicted.
