If you aren't reading, studying, and practicing speaking 30+ minutes every day, stop asking how to learn English.

The problem isn't WHAT you are doing. The problem is that you aren't doing anything.

Start doing something (anything) for 30+ minutes every single day.

If you haven't improved at all after doing 30+ minutes every day for 6 months, then you can worry about WHAT to do.
