Dear Students,

Psychological Counseling Unit will conducted group work named ‘‘Coping with Life at University’’.

University is a major life change, especially if you've moved from a different town or country, where you are now starting a new life somewhere different and unknown. These experiences and feelings are very common and usually subside as you begin to settle into your new life. This group will last six weeks and aims to understand and investigate the experiences you may experience in this process in depth and detail.

Schedule:

🗓 Dates: Every Thursday from November 14 to December 26
