We give travellers the opportunity to get in touch with authentic Turkish food with a hands-on experience in a friendly environment and a homely, cozy atmosphere. Participants of our cooking class shop their way through with our team in a very special neighbourhood in İstanbul, still inhabited by minorities, not yet touched by gentrification. Smelling, touching, tasting the ingredients of Turkish

Cuisine they get to know the backbone of the eatery of this Country. While they are preparing and cooking the food they move through time and space of all lights shades of Turkish customs, traditions, perception of life by guided by professional trip leaders and passionate cooks.
