As CALCULUS we are an education consulting team. Our aim is to match up foreign professional teachers with private schools in Turkey.We help to hire these teachers with all their legal permissions. We may provide service for all private schools in Turkey. We do get very quickly to far- reaching cv databases, also to the databases from our partners abroad. So we find very quickly teachers with qua

lities which are required by the schools. The main domicile of our company is located in Kadikoy-Istanbul. We do also have two contact offices in Canada ( Toronto / Montréal) for the teachers who will come to Turkey. After placing the teachers we always stay in touch with them. We do have a teachers social life support service.That means in any case of problem which may occur during the stay in Turkey to the teachers. We do support them 7/24 a week per mobile number.So teachers do only concentrate on their jobs. The benefit for the teachers we put to work is that we collect a fee from the schools. Teachers do not pay for any service they get from us. The most serious point of our company is to maintain that the teachers sign their contracts with the schools. We insure that teachers will get their salary directly from the school during the whole time of contract. In short: teachers get their salaries and other payments directly from the school like denoted in their contracts. We are not like those onces who tell the teacher ,he will get 2 modules of salary and take than 3 modules from school in the name of the teacher.We are not one of the companies who line their own pockets. Bizler öğretmenleri işlerine yerleştirdikten sonra onlarla asla irtibatı koparmıyoruz. Okullarımıza sunduğumuz hizmet paketinin içerisinde bulunan Öğretmen Sosyal Hayat Destek Servisimiz kapsamında öğretmenimizin kontratı boyunca Türkiye'de yaşaması muhtemel her hangi bir problem durumunda 7/24 ulaşılabilecek kontak numaralarımız vasıtasıyla kendisine her türlü desteği veriyoruz Böylece öğretmenlerimiz okulda sadece işlerine konsantre oluyorlar. Okullarımıza yerleştirdiğimiz öğretmenlerimiz açısından en avantajlı olan husus ise tüm bu hizmetlerimiz için biz sadece ve sadece müşterimiz olan okullarımızdan ücret alıyoruz. Öğretmen bizden alacağı hizmetler için kesinlikle tek kuruş para ödememektedir!

Şirket olarak en hassas olduğumuz nokta ise öğretmenlerimizin direk okulları ile sözleşme imzalamalarnı sağlamak ve sözleşmeleri boyunca alacağı tüm ödemeleri direk okuldan alacak olmalarını temin etmektir. Kısacası öğretmenlerimiz tüm maaş ve diğer ödemelerini direk okul kasasından sözleşmelerinde yazdığı miktarlarda almaktadırlar! Bizler öğretmenlere "2 birim maaş alacaksın" diyip sonra okuldan öğretmen adına her ay 3 birim tahsilat yapıp aylarca öğretmenin sırtından acımasızca haksız kazançlar sağlayan şirketler gibi değiliz.
