Highlights from the Cambridge School Leaders Conference Doha Qatar
Last Wednesday, I had the privilege of attending the Cambridge School Leaders Conference at The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa. The enlightening session, titled "Why Autonomy Matters," was led by Dr. Mark Winterbottom, Professor of Education and Deputy Head of the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge.
I was engaged in a thought-provoking discussion with Dr. Winterbottom, absorbing invaluable insights on the significance of autonomy in education.

Imagine your day as a train on a set of tracks. When you’ve carefully designed a routine, it's like laying down smooth, straight tracks in advance. The train can move forward easily, gaining momentum because the path is clear—there’s no need to stop and decide at every junction.
