He was dreaming of the day that the humans can fly. 🚀
He started studying the flight mechanics of birds for nearly 20 years.🤓

And now it’s the time to get his studies real.💥

He constructed on a frame of bamboo and covered it with lightweight silk cloth and feather of eagles. 🦅

He gathered a large audience and jumped from an enormous cliff and achieved a flight for 10 minutes. 😲🔥🔥

Unfortunately, he didn’t design any way of landing successfully. As a result, an accident happened to him during landing which caused serious injuries. Later, he mentioned in his book about a tail for the flying machine for landing successfully.

Abbas Ibn Firnas is classified as one pioneer of aerospace engineering field. ✈️
