🌍✨ During the last week of June, we were delighted to host educators from Estonia, Lithuania, and Romania in Cappadocia for the “Outdoor Learning” course organized under the Erasmus+ KA1 Project.

Throughout the program, participants explored innovative outdoor learning methods while experiencing the unique natural and cultural heritage of Cappadocia. It was a wonderful week filled with learning, collaboration, cultural exchange, and unforgettable memories.

Thank you to all the participants for your enthusiasm and positive energy. We wish you every success as you bring these new ideas and experiences back to your schools and communities. 🇪🇺💚

Romanian vet students from Buzău enjoyed their stay in Cappadocia. They explored the region very quickly—sometimes even running through the valleys.

We, CappaEdu, were delighted to host 8 gastronomy teachers from Hungary in Cappadocia for a one-week training and workshop program.

During their visit, they had the opportunity to collaborate with students at a vet school, preparing a variety of traditional dishes and desserts from both Turkish and Hungarian cuisines.

The program also included hands-on experiences such as making traditional mantı and exploring the unique preparation of testi kebab, along with several cultural and culinary visits across the region.

We sincerely thank the project team and all participants for their valuable contributions to strengthening Turkish-Hungarian friendship. 🇹🇷🤝🇭🇺

ERASMUS KA1 VET MOBILITY

The 2-week internship program of our Romanian students, who came to Cappadocia for a gastronomy internship, has been successfully completed.

During this time, they not only gained valuable professional experience but also had the opportunity to discover the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia, Turkish culture, and its rich cuisine. Alongside various cultural activities, they created unforgettable memories and experienced authentic Turkish flavors.

As they leave Cappadocia, they take with them not only new skills and memories, but also a piece of this magical place in their hearts. 🌍✨
