Sayı Kartlarıyla Hikâye Yolculuğu
İkinci sınıf öğrencilerimizle yaptığımız etkinlikte, sayı kartlarından iki rakam çekilerek bu sayılara uygun görseller oluşturuldu. Öğrencilerimiz belirledikleri kahraman, yer ve zamanla kısa hikâyeler yazarken yaratıcı düşünme ve yazma becerilerini geliştirdi; görseller üzerinden anlam kurarak yorumlama becerilerini güçlendirdi. Hikâyelerin sonunda ise matematiksel işlemlerle çözüm yolları üreterek problem kurma ve çözme becerilerini pekiştirdi.
Bu çalışma ile Türkçe, Matematik ve Görsel Sanatlar dersleri arasında bütüncül bir öğrenme ortamı sağlandı. Hem düşündüler hem ürettiler hem de öğrendiler.
A Story Journey with Number Cards
In the activity we carried out with our 2nd grade students, two digits were drawn from number cards, and visuals appropriate to these numbers were created. While writing short stories based on the characters, setting, and time they selected, our students developed their creative thinking and writing skills; by constructing meaning through visuals, they strengthened their interpretation skills. At the end of their stories, they reinforced their problem-posing and problem-solving skills by generating solution methods through mathematical operations.
Through this activity, a holistic learning environment was provided across Turkish, Mathematics, and Visual Arts lessons. They thought, they produced, and they learned.
