Change is required, even if it is painful, because it may be the path to happiness. You have to change and get out of your comfort zone so that you can achieve your goals with a great deal of happiness.
Actually, the willingness to experience pain is crucial. Sometimes we need some pain to feel the blessing of happiness.
Being able to enjoy happiness doesn't require that we have zero suffering. In fact, the art of happiness is also the art of suffering well, and the fact is that without pain, we could never experience any happiness.
What if the key to happiness is actually profound sadness and a feeling of pain?
I can recap, due to my personal experience, that:
"The mindset shifts required to step outside your comfort zone and into a growth zone with useful tools and tactics".
This video by Brock Bastian touched me deeply the first time I watched it.

A 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit South Turkey at 3:17 AM local time (UTC+02) on February 6th, 2023. Strong shaking was felt throughout Turkey and neighboring countries, with multiple reported collapsed buildings in Turkey and Syria. The earthquake was followed by a 6.7 magnitude aftershock 11 minutes later that was also widely felt throughout the region, and many other smaller aftershocks (M5+ and M4+) have occurred since.
The map below shows the shaking intensity in the region (source: USGS ShakeMap), which confirms that the strongest levels of shaking are in South Turkey (Gaziantep) and Northern Syria (Aleppo). There are currently no confirmed casualties or collapses in Lebanon according to the Lebanese ministry of interior.
At Earthquake Solutions, we understand the importance of making sure buildings are safe after an earthquake. We highly recommend that building owners in the affected areas perform inspections on their buildings to ensure they have not been damaged.
