Amor Fati*

Trees do not try to cling to their withering leaves. No leaf falls before its time. When the time comes, they entrust them to the wind and the earth with great surrender.

Throughout their lives, people are programmed to acquire, accumulate, and hold on. Yet autumn teaches us that letting go is also a virtue. This week’s topic is amor fati—let’s talk together about letting things flow.

*Love of one's fate, Latin.
