Dans le cadre du programme de financement aiBy4 (https://aiby4.ls2n.fr),
nous accueillons des candidats pour la poursuite d'un doctorat en
détection de sources sonores basée sur l'apprentissage profond pour la
cartographie dynamique de l'environnement acoustique urbain.
Le candidat retenu rejoindra l'équipe Signal, Image et Son
(https://sims.ls2n.fr) du Laboratoire des Sciences du Numérique de
Nantes (https://sims.ls2n.fr), et travaillera en étroite collaboration
avec des membres des laboratoires de l'UMRAE (https://www.umrae.fr) et
de l'AAU (https://aau.archi.fr), à partir de l'automne 2022.

Profil :
Nous recherchons des étudiants très motivés ayant une formation en
apprentissage automatique, et en traitement du signal audio, titulaires
ou prêts à être titulaires d'un Master (ou équivalent) avec des
compétences ou un intérêt pour la cartographie/visualisation.

Dear all,
As part of the aiBy4 funding program (https://aiby4.ls2n.fr), we welcome
candidates for pursuing a PhD in deep learning based sound source
detection for dynamic urban acoustic environment cartography.
The successful PhD candidate will join the Signal, Image and Sound team
(https://sims.ls2n.fr) in the Laboratory of Digital Science of Nantes
(https://sims.ls2n.fr), France, and work closely with members of UMRAE
(https://www.umrae.fr) and AAU laboratories (https://aau.archi.fr),
starting Fall 2022.

Profile:
We are looking for highly motivated students with a background in
Machine Learning, and Audio Signal Processing, holding or ready to hold
a Master’s degree (or equivalent) with skills or interest in
cartography/visualization.
