This marks an important milestone in our mission to reduce the environmental impact of our operations while continuing to supply high-quality Tunisian dates to markets worldwide.
The findings of this assessment will guide a dedicated action plan focused on improving energy performance, optimizing logistics, and integrating more responsible practices across our value chain.

At Boudjebel, sustainability means caring for people first.
As part of our Pink October initiative, we organized free breast cancer screening campaigns across all production sites, offering awareness workshops, medical demonstrations, and on-site consultations for our women employees—many of whom come from low-income and rural backgrounds.
What makes this initiative truly impactful is our commitment beyond diagnosis: Boudjebel fully covers treatment, transportation, and medical support for all women identified at risk.
Because empowering women’s health is not just a CSR action—it is a fundamental part of our purpose and long-term sustainability vision.

🌴 Boudjebel x EcoGuard: Innovation for Tunisia’s Date Palm Sector
We’re proud to support EcoGuard, an inspiring project from TBS that just won 1st place at the Action With Africa Challenge 2025! 🎉
Their innovation? A natural essential oil-based solution to fight Boufarwa, a destructive mite threatening date palm trees — a strategic crop for Tunisia’s economy.
At Boudjebel, we partnered with EcoGuard by providing field access in oasis plantations for pilot testing, along with local support and technical insights.
Now, the team is heading to Thailand in September, where they’ll represent Tunisia at the Enactus World Cup 2025! 🌍
