Youth Empowerment for a Brighter Future

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible artwork of Hamza Sellmy created, capturing the essence of the Tunisian youth. One piece, in particular, struck a chord with me: "Every planet we reach is dead." It's a poignant reminder of the interconnectedness between our environment, our youth, and their future.

Now, the question becomes: how do we intervene in the environmental crisis unfolding worldwide and cultivate a generation committed to sustainability?

Given our youth's penchant for challenges, here are a few to tackle:

1. How do we shift youth mindsets and foster a culture of green job creation?
2. How can we equip them with the skills needed to navigate evolving challenges?
3. What steps must be taken to overcome both external and internal obstacles?
4. In what ways can youth be encouraged to positively impact the ecosystem through entrepreneurship?
5. How can we broaden the scope of social impact initiatives?
6. What actions can youth take to mitigate the effects of climate change?
7. Which programs are best suited to drive these changes?
8. How do we effectively measure and track our progress?

Let's rally together and enact meaningful change. By addressing these challenges head-on, we have the power to shape a future where positivity reigns and our world thrives.

Migrants’ rights / Droits des migrants
recently led a training dedicated to public organizations regarding the rights of migrants, especially Tunisians residing abroad, in terms of investment, entrepreneurship, and access to employment, in partnership with ADDCI_Zarzis as part of the program supported by and funded by the European Union and Swiss cooperation. This workshop, "Migrants' Rights for Access to Entrepreneurship and the Labor Market," focused on sustainable social and economic development through a thorough understanding of the investment process. The members of the public structure actively participated in these sessions, establishing a SWOT analysis specific to migrant entrepreneurship. The discussions highlighted the advantages of migrants and their potential contribution to the national economy, particularly in the South-East region of Tunisia. At the end of this workshop, concrete recommendations were formulated to facilitate the smooth integration of migrants into the Labor market and to promote sustainable socio-economic development.

a récemment animé une formation dédiée aux organismes publics concernant les droits des migrants, notamment les Tunisiens résidant à l'étranger, en matière d'investissement, d'entrepreneuriat et d'accès à l'emploi, en partenariat avec l’association ADDCI_ZARZIS Dans le cadre du programme soutenu par et financé par 'Union_Européenne et la coopération Suisse.
Cet atelier, nommé "Droit des migrants pour l'accès à l'entrepreneuriat et au marché de l'emploi", s’est focalisé sur le développement social et économique durable à travers la compréhension approfondie du processus d'investissement. Les membres actifs de la structure publique ont pris part activement à ces sessions, établissant une analyse SWOT spécifique à l'entrepreneuriat des migrants. Les échanges ont soulignés les avantages des migrants et leur contribution potentielle à l'économie nationale en particulier dans la région Sud-Est de la Tunisie.
Au terme de cet atelier, des recommandations concrètes ont été formulées afin de faciliter une intégration harmonieuse des migrants sur le marché de l'emploi et de favoriser un développement socio-économique durable.

Dans le cadre du projet « » mené par ’ADDCI – Zarzis et qui fait partie du programme assuré par financés par l’Union Européenne et la coopération Suisse. ’ADDCI – Zarzis avec l’appui du cabinet ont clôturé dimanche dernier le 26 novembre 2023, une formation sur le « Droit des migrants à l’accès à l’entrepreneuriat et au marché de l'emploi » est une initiative louable de l'association ADDCI - Zarzis. Cette formation vise à habiliter les membres engagés de la société civile dans le de la . Cette action démontre l'engagement de l'association envers le développement socio-économique, avec pour objectif d'accompagner les immigrés tels que Tunisiens résidant à l'étranger ( ), les migrants de retour à investir dans le développement -économique dans la région, ainsi que les droits et les modalités de l’intégration des réfugiés dans l’écosystème économique.

في إطار مشروع "المهاجر نحو استقرار اجتماعي واقتصادي" بتنفيذ من –Zarzi والذي يندرج ضمن برنامج الذي تشرف عليه والممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي والتعاون السويسري. أنهت – Zarzis بدعم من شركة ، يوم الأحد الماضي، 26 نوفمبر 2023، تدريبًا حول "حقوق المهاجرين في الوصول إلى ريادة الأعمال وسوق العمل". إن هذه المبادرة القابلة للإشادة و تهدف إلى تمكين أعضاء المجتمع المدني الملتزمين في جنوب شرق تونس، مما يظهر التزام الجمعية تجاه التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. الهدف هو مساعدة المهاجرين، بما في ذلك التونسيين المقيمين في الخارج (TRE) والمهاجرين العائدين، في الاستثمار في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمنطقة. يركز أيضًا على الاهتمام بحقوق وآليات دمج اللاجئين في النظام الاقتصادي.
