Professional Development for Teacher Trainers massive open online course (MOOC), developed by Arizona State University. OPEN is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, with funding provided by the U.S. government. This MOOC provided teaching professionals around the world methods for creating, presenting, and evaluating effective teacher training workshops. Weekly topics included the following: 1. Leading a teacher training workshop vs. classroom teaching, 2. Doing a comprehensive needs analysis, 3. Crafting an impactful training for your specific academic context, 4. Pitching the training to administration and colleagues, and 5.

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: ELT Libya Webinar - Managing & Engaging Libyan Classrooms Through Long-Term Teams from ELT Libya CoP

I’m truly proud of the journey I’ve had during this course. It wasn’t just about attending sessions — it was about growth, transformation, and stepping into a stronger version of myself as an educator.

Throughout the program, I worked hard to apply every concept in real classroom practice, and the results were beyond rewarding. Seeing the impact on my students and receiving such positive feedback from my American supervisors meant so much to me.

Their comments highlighted my dedication, adaptability, and the way I transformed ideas into meaningful teaching strategies. That recognition reminded me that excellence is not accidental — it’s built with consistency, passion, and belief in what you do.

This experience pushed me to aim higher, dream bigger, and continue supporting other teachers around me. I’m not just completing a course — I’m building a legacy in education.

This was my second experience with the training conference, and once again, I was truly amazed🥹

My first time was in 2024 and from that moment, I knew this was something special. During the summer of 2025💙مركز الإتجاه الصحيح للتدريب والتأهيل والإستشارات I applied many of the ideas and strategies with my students, and what happened felt almost like a miracle for them. I saw real progress, confidence, and joy in their learning.🌸

Every time I attend, I leave with a huge amount of valuable knowledge, practical ideas, and fresh inspiration for my teaching. I was incredibly happy to be part of this experience again — especially with my colleagues and friends there too, which made it even more meaningfuL♥️

The atmosphere was motivating, the content was rich, and the trainers were simply wonderful. Moments like these remind me why I love teaching and continuous learning. 🌱📚
