Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
✔ Process payroll and maintain payroll records
✔ Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
✔ Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
✔ Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations

Requirements:
✅ Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✅ Experience with QuickBooks Online is an asset
