Automatic-s***m-collector machine as new option for s***m collection in Tunisian-Andrology-laboratory

Introduction:
In the situation of patients undergoing s***m analysis tests in Andrology laboratories, s***m collection could be a complicated step. For this, we installed S***m collector machine (SCM).
Aim:
We aimed to observe and to note patients' behaviors in the acceptance or not of using SCM as a new tool for s***m sampling instead of ma********on.
Methods:
Observational-statistical study based on a questionnaire realized after proposing SCM use to patients undergoing s***m-analysis-tests with or without difficulties in ma********on. 28 patients aged between 24-59 years-old (y.o) (average: 40.3±7.6 y.o), were included. SCM was equipped by a screen and the possibility to put an erotic-movie that was used as an additional stimulus to increase sexual motivation. A special-disposable-condom was given to patients who used SCM. Patients were divided into two groups: Patients who accepted to use SCM for s***m sampling (SCM+) and Patients who did not accept it (SCM-). For SCM+, patients were invited to note the machine from 0 to 10 based on their sexual-satisfaction-level. SCM- group were asked for the reasons of not accepting to use SCM.
