Oath of Investiture read by the Founder/President of JSU, Mr. João Mariano Saldanha, Ph.D, and followed by the New Elected JSU Student Council 2025 as an official symbol of handover.

We are delighted to present the new JSU Student Council (JSUSC) 2025. The structure is comprised by:

• Elizabeth R. R. Soares - President of JSUSC
• Ildefanos Pinto Soares - Secretary of JSUSC
• Dircia F. B. Cardoso - Treasurer of JSUSC

The ceremony of handover for remaining JSU Student Council 2024 to New Student Council 2025 was held today in Usleu Campus, Hera, together with Christmas & New Year Celebration among the students, lecturers and staffs as the end of year activities in JSU. This ceremony was conducted directly by Founder/President of JSU, Mr. João Mariano Saldanha, Ph.D. and accompanied by Student Affairs, Mr. Fernando J. B. Freitas.

Congratulations to the New Elected Student Council 2025. Wishing you all the best for all your upcoming programs in JSU.

Thank You to the Student Council 2024 for the dedication, activity programs and memories that well shared in JSU.

During the first semester break this year, we invited Igor Carvalho, as our special guest in the first episode of JSU Talk Show, to share his experiences about his study in West Virginia University, USA.

Igor was JSU student back in 2019 until he got the USTL Scholarship from US Embassy in Timor-Leste and now he is taking his undergraduate degree in West Virginia University.
