On January 8, 2024, the majority of our dedicated National Trainers started the Training of Mentors (ToM) for empowering our Regional Peer Mentors (RPMs)!
The sessions, running from January 8-10, 2024, are set to be a transformative experience.
During this training, our NTs are passionately delivering knowledge on how RPMs can seamlessly cascade their knowledge and skills to the Mentees level. Together, they will create action plans to extend these skills and knowledge to secondary school teachers.
Join us in fostering a community of practice where we aim to reach more teachers, exchange knowledge, and learn from one another.
