In April, almost a month ago, EWB hosted regional conferences in Bokhtar, Dushanbe, and Khujand, bringing together passionate English teachers from across Tajikistan ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ฏ. Together, we explored innovative teaching methodologies and the use of American AI tools in education ๐Ÿค–.

It was an inspiring and memorable experience filled with learning, collaboration, and professional growth ๐Ÿ˜.

Now, many of our participants have already conducted follow-up knowledge-sharing workshops for their colleagues at schools โœ…, while others are preparing to do so soon. We are proud to see the impact of these conferences continuing to grow within local teaching communities โšก๏ธ.

Letโ€™s look back at these wonderful moments and read some of the inspiring feedback shared by our participants ๐Ÿ’™.

๐Ÿ† Most Active EWB Members of the Year ๐Ÿ†

Each year, EWB organizes nearly 150 online activities in total, including mentorship sessions, webinars, and speaking club meetings. Based on overall engagement, we recognize the top three most active participants in each of these regular online programs and invite them to attend our major national event ๐Ÿคฉ.

How to become a Top-3 participant:
โšก Participate consistently โ€” aim to attend at least 60โ€“70% of our regular online activities throughout the year.
โšก Engage meaningfully โ€” ask questions, share insights, participate in discussions and polls, and contribute during sessions.
โšก Support the community โ€” foster a positive and collaborative learning environment by encouraging peers and sharing useful resources.

Let us continue to grow, learn, and support one another through active participation and professional collaboration.
