This panel discussion, featuring representatives from the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand, will focus on LGBTQ+ inclusion, respectful communication, campus safety, and student well-being, followed by an interactive Q&A session.

“From the Field to the Embassy: Inclusive Leadership in Security and Peacebuilding”

We are honored to welcome distinguished speakers from the international diplomatic and security community, including H.E. Pat Bourne, Ambassador of Ireland to Thailand, Lt. Col. Derek Wessan, Defence Attaché at the Canadian Embassy, and Karyn Malthus, Senior Liaison Officer for New Zealand Police at the Embassy of New Zealand.

The discussion will explore inclusive leadership, gender perspectives in security and peacebuilding, and the importance of diversity in international affairs. We warmly encourage students, faculty, and staff to attend this inspiring event and participate in the conversation.
