Our Story
My name is Emil and passionate about training, I’m from Sweden but live in Thailand and work as Personal Trainer and Group instructor. I have strong background in strength, conditioning, Muay Thai and are highly motivated to help others to reach their health and fitness goals. I offer energetic and challenging workouts, created for the individual's needs but also classes in boot camp, HIIT, S&C, TRX, Kettlebell, weight loss, athletes, Aqua based fitness and strength development.
I have more than 15 years’ experience from active strength and conditioning and 7 years of Muay Thai with professional fighting record. I work a lot with posture in my private as well and think the key for success is to practice what you preach.
