BISP Summer Camp Phuket

Summer@BISP students had the opportunity to visit the Old Phuket Farm. The trip was a fantastic opportunity for the students to learn about traditional life in Phuket, both present and past. During the trip, students had the opportunity to learn how the local land is farmed, and how rubber is extracted from trees in plantations across the island, as well as ride a buffalo-drawn cart. Delighted, the students also enjoyed the chance to learn how to make local Phuket food and various Thai desserts.

Summer@BISP offers flexible programmes with day or full residential camps available as single or multi-week options. Among the various skill-building activities and games our Summer@BISP students enjoyed last week were rock climbing, a visit to the trampoline park, cooking and art classes.

Summer@BISP’s English programme allows students to develop their English language skills and build on their current knowledge of the language in a stimulating environment supported by well-qualified, professional teachers and ESL trainers.

Summer@BISP’s Adventure Sports programme is perfect for active campers with adventure and sporting sessions hosted each morning, during which they can explore a variety of fun activities on offer around Phuket.

Living on a tropical island has its perks; one of them is being surrounded by pristine diving spots. During our Summer@BISP programme, students have the opportunity to learn to dive in our 50m pool and later will be able to test out their newly acquired skills in the open water.

They say “Team work makes the dream work.” This week, our Summer@BISP students had the chance to engage in a variety of team-building activities that are aimed to foster friendships while strengthening their social and problem-solving skills, all while having fun.

Summer@BISP is underway and students are enjoying the wide range of activities on offer. This week the students in the Summer@BISP’s Adventure Sports programme have participated in adventure and sporting activities such as trips to the ATV Adventure Park and Bangpae Waterfall in the mornings, followed by activities such as Thai Cooking classes, Arts & Crafts and Team Games in the afternoon. Students in our Summer@BISP’s English programme have been developing their English language skills and building on their current knowledge of the language in a stimulating environment supported by well-qualified, professional teachers and ESL trainers.
