My name is Sofia, I'm a yoga teacher in Phuket, also I make yoga retreats in Thailand.

I've been living on this paradise island for 1,5 years and I have my yoga studio here. I promote healthy and active lifestyle, live without meat and alcohol more than 7 years.

My yoga students appreciate my gentle and attentive practice and a mild support that I give to everyone during the class. They also enjoy the sense of harmony and inner piece after the class.
