💙 Happy Mother’s Day in Thailand | 12 August 💙

Today, we honour the memory of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on the anniversary of her birth, with deep respect and gratitude for her lifelong devotion to the people of Thailand.

On this special day, we also celebrate all the mothers, grandmothers and mother figures in our community whose love, care and support mean so much in the lives of our children.

Finnway International School was honoured to attend the official opening of the Bangkok Phuket Cancer Institute as an invited guest of Bangkok Hospital Phuket

It was a privilege to join healthcare professionals, community leaders and valued partners in celebrating this important milestone for Phuket. Initiatives like this reflect the shared commitment to creating a healthier, stronger community for local and international families alike.

These events are also a valuable opportunity to strengthen the relationships that help connect Finnway with organisations making a positive impact across Phuket.

🌍🌿 Week 3 | Earth Skills Field Mission

Our young survivors put this week's Design. Build. Protect. theme into action during their Field Mission to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary.

Working together, they gathered natural materials, built shelters and discovered how thoughtful design, teamwork and respect for nature help protect both people and wildlife.

We chose this ethical sanctuary because rescued elephants roam freely in their natural environment, giving our campers the opportunity to learn about conservation, compassion and caring for our planet.

🌍🌿 Week 3 Highlights | Earth Skills

Week 3 was all about Design. Build. Protect.

Our young survivors explored what it takes to create safe shelters, work together as a tribe and solve real-world challenges through creativity and practical problem-solving.

From designing miniature shelters to building life-sized structures, every activity prepared our campers for their upcoming Week 3 Field Mission.

At Finnway, every challenge has a purpose, helping children develop confidence, resilience and skills they can carry with them long after camp has finished.

Finnway Summer Camp 🌊 Week 2 | Water & Food Foraging Field Mission

This week, our Finnway Survivor Camp adventurers headed to Intara Farm, Phuket’s unique floating sanctuary, where they brought this week’s theme of Water & Food Foraging to life through hands-on exploration and discovery.

Throughout the day, our campers:
🦪 Explored the fascinating journey of sustainable pearl farming.
🌿 Learned about mangrove ecosystems and the importance of marine conservation.
🐟 Discovered local marine life and aquaculture up close.
🛶 Built teamwork and confidence while kayaking through the peaceful mangrove forest.
🎨 Experienced traditional natural dye craftsmanship inspired by nature.

By the end of the Field Mission, our students had gained a deeper understanding of:
