The week-long Thailand Jazz Workshop begins on Saturday at 11:00 am and ends Saturday afternoon, March 11, at 4:00 pm. On Sunday afternoon, the first day of the workshop, you will need to do the following:
1. Check-in at the Registration Table - Conservatory of Music. This is where you will get your information for the week, including your name tag, theory quiz, personal fact sheet (which you’ll need to give to the faculty at your audition), etc. This registration process will begin Sunday at 11:00 am and last until 3:00 pm.
2. Complete your Theory Quiz
Complete the theory quiz while waiting for your audition. You can complete and turn in the theory quiz while waiting for your audition. Finish your exam BEFORE you audition.
3. Complete your Audition
Signs will be posted in the lobby of the School of Music to tell you what room to go to for your audition. Auditions are done on a first-come, first-serve basis, so if there is a line, you can take advantage of the time to fill out your personal fact sheet and theory quiz. Auditions will begin at 11:00 am. Auditions must be completed BEFORE 4:00PM ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON
4. 4:30pm - Student Audition Results and Faculty Concert
This is an important meeting that ALL participants are expected to attend. Following Jamey’s presentation, there will be a faculty concert — this first night will blow you away! Sunday – Friday Schedule, March 4-10, 2017

10:00am – 11:00 am Master Class
11:00am – 12:30 pm Jazz Combos
12:30pm – 1:30 pm Lunch
1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Jazz Improvisation
