𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐢 𝐊𝐡𝐫𝐮 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On July 16, 2026 , the Faculty of Education held its 𝐖𝐚𝐢 𝐊𝐡𝐫𝐮 (𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 in the Faculty LCC Room following the institutional ceremony at the JMB Hall. During the ceremony, students performed traditional Thai dances and paid their respects to the faculty members as a gesture of gratitude .

The Wai Khru Ceremony is a cherished Thai tradition that symbolizes respect, gratitude, and appreciation for teachers. As future teachers , the students were encouraged to embrace these values of respect and humility, which are fundamental qualities of the teaching profession

𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞

𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐫. 𝐘𝐚𝐫 𝐊𝐨𝐭𝐞 on the successful oral defense of his Master's Thesis in the Master of Education program, major in Educational Administration!

His thesis, “𝐀 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐫,"provides a significant contribution to the field of educational management by examining the implementation of outcome-based approaches in community schools. His research study supports the development of strategies for improving educational quality, strengthening school management practices, and enhancing student learning outcomes. It also offers practical recommendations that can support educators, school leaders, and policymakers in designing and implementing more effective and learner-centered educational systems.

The oral examination was chaired by Dr. Polthawin Watcharatornthamrong with distinguished committee members including :

𝐇𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐄𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧, on the successful oral defense of her Master's Thesis in the Master of Education program, majoring in Learning Management on July 8, 2026, at Maria Therese Room, TRSU.

The study examines the program's effectiveness in strengthening leadership competencies, encouraging continuous professional development, and enhancing academic management and educational quality within higher education institutions in Thailand
